Returns and Exchanges

Else Adelia will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from the time of shipment. We do not offer refunds but are glad to exchange any items and issue store cards valid for 6 months. In order to be returned or exchanged, items must be unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags. 

Sale Items and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged; unless the items present manufacturing defects.
We only accept returns or exchanges purchased from elseadelia.com and not from other retailers.

 

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the below steps:

1) Send an email to info@elseadelia.com, specifying the problem/request you would like to proceed with

2) After your request has been approved, a member of our team will send you an e-mail authorizing the send-back of the products

3) Return handling and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; Else Adelia will not be bearing any costs towards this process

4) Reasons for returns include but are not limited to: 

The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged in shipping.
The product has been tampered.

 

Cancellation Policy

No order can be cancelled once placed. The consumer is liable to pay the amount and accept the order placed.
