Returns and Exchanges

We understand that online shopping can be challenging, and our customer service team is here to assist if your items don't work out. Please note that we do not currently offer refunds. Instead, we can exchange any items or issue store cards valid for 6 months.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the time of shipment.
  • Returned or exchanged items must be in unused, unworn condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Items marked as final sale, including those on clearance or purchased during promotions, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return
  • To initiate an exchange or request a store card, please contact our customer service team at info@elseadelia.com or +971 52 374 6892.
  • Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
Exchanges:
  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify the new item details when contacting customer service.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchanged items.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a store card will be issued instead.

Store Cards:

  • Store cards will be issued for the value of the returned item(s) minus the return shipping costs, duties, and taxes and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of any new orders.
  • Store cards can be used for future purchases but cannot be redeemed for cash.
